I did not realize this TV was refurbished until the box/tv was delivered. I believe the advertisement was somewhat deceptive, and at best not clear. The TV started right up but with no warrenty it’s a crap shoot.

Letterbox setting on DVD?
Hi. We have a 37" Olevia HD TV set. I've noticed that certain movies on DVD tend to be in a small letterbox in the middle of the screen. It isn't enjoyable to watch these movies olevia 37 hd flat screen this way, especially when it's a kick-ass movie like The Dark Knight. I'm not entirely technically savvy, so I'm wondering if the movie is supposed to look this way, or if there's any way to get it to show up on the full screen? I feel like it defeats the purpose of having a High Definition TV. We have TV shows on DVD that take up more screen space and look better than the Dark Knight. Thanks!
